This one goes out to my tea room ladies.

And thank you to all former employees and patrons of the Tea Room in Harrisonburg.

Fruit curd is somewhere between syrup and jam, and it is delicious. Put it on shortbread cookies, toast, or pancakes!

Also, this is peak grapefruit season so get your hands on some yummy (and mucho healthy) grapefruit, fennel, and KALE!

It's whats for dinner.
