Now that we've cut the fat, some sustenance.

Also cooking is good for the body soul and mind.

I am not afraid to admit that I am a devout Martha follower.
Today I am cooking her Slow Cooker Beef and Tomato Stew.

Good Morn!

Today's revolutionary resolution is to cut the fat.
Today I sold my bike to a well-deserving woman in Staunton, and vow to take full advantage of the gym membership Mister and I purchased last month.
My body is a temple and I am going to take it from looking like this:


to looking like this:
 
 

Wooo, fitness.
 
As far as the bike goes, twas a wonderful bike, but I did not use it, and my 495 square foot abode does not allow for non-essentials.
 
 
Everyone have a wonderful evening and party like we're being run by a bunch of uncompromising nincompoops!

Ready... Be!

For the record, New Year's Resolutions are not overrated. And February 2nd, June 21st, and every other day resolutions are vastly underrated.
My December 30th and beyond resolution is to be more me. And this blog stands to stay accountable to that goal.
